The download links that we send are only active for 24 hours at a time, but you can always download past purchases from your account!  Serialized instruments can be downloaded 10 times, and loops and sound fx 3 times, before it is necessary to contact Customer Service to have your downloads reset.

If you have trouble with a broken download link, or a file won't download to your computer, try the following troublueshooting steps:

  • Check that you are not using a firewall on your server. If so, make sure that the firewall settings allow you to download large files
  • Copy the link and paste into your web browser
  • Try the download using a different web browser
