The download links that we send are only active for 24 hours at a time, but you can always download past purchases from your account! Serialized instruments can be downloaded 10 times, and loops and sound fx 3 times, before it is necessary to contact Customer Service to have your downloads reset.
If you have trouble with a broken download link, or a file won't download to your computer, try the following troublueshooting steps:
Check that you are not using a firewall on your server. If so, make sure that the firewall settings allow you to download large files
Copy the link and paste into your web browser
Try the download using a different web browser
