My Serial Is Already In Use

If you enter your serial number (Kontakt, UVI, etc.), and get an error you will want to do some quick troubleshooting.

  • Have you already activated this serial with a different account?

  • Have you already actiavted this serial with your current account?

Please note that Kontakt serials can be actiavted on multiple machines using a single NI account.  UVI serials can be actiavted to a single device, such as an iLok key or your computer.

If it seems that you have been sold a duplicate serial, please send us a message with the following info:

  • order number

  • serial number
