Redeem a Code

If you purchased an item thorugh one of our dealers, you should have received a redemption code.  To redeem it, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account on bigfishaudio.com.  If you don't have an account, create one!

2. Navigate to https://www.bigfishaudio.com/redemption.html

3. Enter your Name, Email, and Redemption Code

This will add the product to your account, you can now download your product.
