Because your satisfaction is important to us we have a one-time exchange policy for products purchased from Big Fish Audio. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, but within one week of your purchase, you can exchange a product one time only. All exchanges are dollar-for-dollar. You may have a balance due or store credit depending on your unique exchange.
Any software requiring serial registration (i.e. Kontakt Player or UVI instruments) cannot be exchanged if the product has been registered.
